Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please give me at least 24 hours notice to avoid any cancellation charges. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will incur 50% cancellation fee.

 

I understand that sometimes life can happen and that this is not possible, but please try and give as much notice as possible on these occasions.

 

If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may not be possible to fit your treatment in. If you are going to be late, if possible please give me a call to let me know.
