Facial reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves the application of appropriate pressure to help provide balance, reduce stress and boost self-healing within the body. This relaxing treatment includes neck and shoulder massage, hot towel facial cleanse, facial reflexology, and facial acupressure. I use the intensely soothing rose and frankincense facial oil. These rich aromas instil a sense of peace and overall wellness ensuring you have a deeply relaxing treatment. Facial Reflexology can support you with a range of issues including migraines, bruxism, bells palsy, sinus congestion, insomnia and anxiety. This deeply relaxing and gentle treatment also helps to release tension and emotions held in the face, reduce stress, balances the body the lifts the mood. This is also suitable in pregnancy during the second trimester, however some conditions like placenta praevia may mean you should not have reflexology. If you are unsure please check with your midwife or doctor before booking a treatment. Please note: If you have had botox or facial/ lip fillers or recent dental surgery you must let me know prior to treatment. It is important that you wait at least 4 weeks following botox or fillers before having facial reflexology. If you have had facelift surgery you must wait at least 4 months before having facial reflexology. **New clients: for your first session we will have a chat and complete a general health consultation form before you have your treatment, this will take 10-15mins at the start of your appointment. For some medical conditions it may be recommended that you speak to your GP before having reflexology.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please give me at least 24 hours notice. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will incur 50% cancellation fee. I understand that sometimes life can happen and that this is not possible, but please try and give as much notice as possible on these occasions. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may not be possible to fit your treatment in. Booking policies may change based on the selected services.
