A deeply relaxing ancient practice that works by targeting specific areas of your body by applying gentle pressure to points on the hands. A specifically tailored cream will be blended following our initial consultation, enhancing your reflexology treatment. Any remaining cream will be given to you to take home, so you can extend the benefits of your treatment. **New clients please allow a little longer (10-15mins) for your first session as we will have a chat and complete a general health consultation form before you have your treatment. Disclaimer: Reflexology does not claim to diagnose or cure. Reflexology can be used as a supportive therapy in conjunction with conventional medicine. For some medical conditions it may be recommended that you speak to your GP before having reflexology.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please give me at least 24 hours notice. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will incur 50% cancellation fee. I understand that sometimes life can happen and that this is not possible, but please try and give as much notice as possible on these occasions. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may not be possible to fit your treatment in. Booking policies may change based on the selected services.
