Take some time to nurture and nourish your body and mind to leave you feeling recharged for the brighter days ahead. This deluxe double treatment will be your tranquil sanctuary from the world outside. This blissful 90 minute treatment begins with a back, neck and shoulder massage (30 minutes) with a wonderfully blend of Sweet Orange and Bergamot essential oils to leave you feeling relaxed, yet refreshed and uplifted. Once your back massage is complete, I will massage your shoulders and neck ensuring that you are totally relaxed. As your tension starts to melt away, a beautiful Frankincense cleanser and hot towels will begin to reduce any facial tension and relax your nervous system, and an aromatic Rose and Geranium facial oil will help restore balance. These rich aromas instil a sense of peace and overall wellness ensuring you have a deeply relaxing treatment and helping to melt away any lingering tension or stress. As you sink even deeper into the bed you'll experience the soothing release of facial massage, reflexology and facial and scalp acupressure, creating a deep sense of calm and wellbeing and counteracting any stress, anxiety or nervous tension. This is a deeply nurturing treatment to really help you release tension and relax, while leaving you skin, body and mind feeling nourished. Each treatment is tailored to meet you needs and ensure that you are left feeling relaxed and restored. This treatment is not suitable during pregnancy. ***Please note: If you have had botox or facial/ lip fillers or recent dental surgery you must let me know prior to treatment. It is important that you wait at least 4 weeks following botox or fillers before having facial reflexology. If you have had facelift surgery you must wait at least 4 months before having facial reflexology. **New clients: for your first session we will have a chat and complete a general health consultation form before you have your treatment, this will take 10-15mins at the start of your appointment. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please give me at least 24 hours notice. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will incur 50% cancellation fee. I understand that sometimes life can happen and that this is not possible, but please try and give as much notice as possible on these occasions. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may not be possible to fit your treatment in. Booking policies may change based on the selected services.
