Take your relaxation to the next level with this double treatment and the opportunity to release tension and stress and unwind. Sink into the cosy cocoon of the heated treatment bed and fluffy towels and immediately feel the tranquil effects as your body starts to relax. This gorgeous 75 minute treatment begins facial reflexology (30 minutes) and ends with foot reflexology (45 minutes). Feel your tension start to melt away, as a beautiful Frankincense cleanser and hot towels begin to reduce any facial tension and relax your nervous system, and an aromatic Rose and Geranium facial oil helps restore balance. As you sink even deeper into the bed you'll experience the soothing release of facial reflexology creating a deep sense of calm and wellbeing and counteracting any stress, anxiety or nervous tension. As your facial draws to a close and your relaxation deepens as you feel the gentle power of reflexology. I will slowly and gently stimulate reflex points on your feet, sending signals to the nervous system that encourage rebalance and realignment in your body. Each treatment is tailored to meet you needs and ensure that you are left relaxed, reset and restored. This treatment is suitable in pregnancy (after 12 weeks). Please note: If you have had botox or facial/ lip fillers or recent dental surgery you must let me know prior to treatment. It is important that you wait at least 4 weeks following botox or fillers before having facial reflexology. If you have had facelift surgery you must wait at least 4 months before having facial reflexology. **New clients: for your first session we will have a chat and complete a general health consultation form before you have your treatment, this will take 10-15mins at the start of your appointment. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please give me at least 24 hours notice. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will incur 50% cancellation fee. I understand that sometimes life can happen and that this is not possible, but please try and give as much notice as possible on these occasions. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may not be possible to fit your treatment in. Booking policies may change based on the selected services.
