Take some time out, just for you. This gorgeous 90 minute treatment begins with a back, neck and shoulder massage (30 minutes) and ends with foot reflexology (60 minutes). This bespoke treatment starts with a brief consultation to see how you are, and to help me determine a tailored blend of essential oils to meet your needs. I use a gentle but firm pressure throughout your massage to release tension in your back, neck and shoulders. The aromas from essential oils hold the power to instil calm and promote and encourage well being in body, mind and spirit. As your massage draws to a close and your relaxation deepens as you feel the gentle power of reflexology. I will slowly and gently stimulate reflex points on your feet, sending signals to the nervous system that encourage rebalance and realignment in your body. Each treatment is tailored to meet you needs and to help release any tension and rebalance your body and mind. This treatment package is not suitable during pregnancy. **New clients: for your first session we will have a chat and complete a general health consultation form before you have your treatment, this will take 10-15mins at the start of your appointment. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please give me at least 24 hours notice. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will incur 50% cancellation fee. I understand that sometimes life can happen and that this is not possible, but please try and give as much notice as possible on these occasions. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may not be possible to fit your treatment in. Booking policies may change based on the selected services.
